Shiju Mathews MBA, MPA, CPA

Shiju, the Founder and Chairman of AICA Group, is primarily responsible for steering at the helm and overseeing the AICA Group’s diverse portfolio and expansion. He has graduated in Commerce with Masters in Business Administration and Masters in Professional Accounting from India and Australia respectively. He is a member of Certified Practicing Accountants (CPA) Australia and Australian Institute of Management. Besides, he has a graduate certificate in Immigration Law and is a member of Migration Institute of Australia. Shaji V Mathews M.Sc.

Shaji Matthews is the Director of AICA Engineering Australia Pty Ltd. He graduated in Electrical Engineering from India and Master of Science in Renewable Energy Electrical Power Systems from Curtin University, Australia. He is a research associate at Curtin University, nearing completion of his PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering (High Renewable Energy Penetration Hybrid Power System for Rural and Desert Areas). His current research interests include Hybrid Power Systems, Power Electronics Converters and energy management systems. He is a consultant cum designer for several renewable energy projects in Australia, India Maldives, Sri Lanka, United Arab Emirates, Iran and Singapore.
